1-Rinse the mouth with water. Deep cough three times, spit out saliva from the posterior oropharynx.2-If the volume of saliva is too much,use a dropper to remove the excess saliva until the final solution at the scale mark.remove the saliva collector and cover the lid of the sample tube back on.

3-Pour all buffer into the extraction tube , shake the extraction tube for full mixing , shake well, stand for at least 1 minute.4-Add treated samples into the sample hole. Then add 3 ~ 4 drops (about 100μL) into the sample hole (S) of the test kit.Wait 15 minutes to observe the results.
